Water heater installation
A malfunctioning water heater caused inconvenience, so we performed a comprehensive installation of a classic atmospheric gas unit. The job included modifications to the gas line, hot and cold water lines, ventilation, and the T&P line. We also installed a water heater stand, completed necessary roof work, and ensured the smooth disposal of the old unit. This upgrade comes with a 6-year warranty for peace of mind.
I found this company through my home warranty company. Therefore I am familiar with their work on leaks an other repairs. Sadly when it came to my water heater my home warranty left me up creek due to former owners not installing my water heater to code.
They worked with me on price (still was expensive job) as I did call 4 other plumbers for quotes and their thoughts on my unique situation. I will say it took me time to come up with the funds to pay them. Yes they offered financing but I personally did not want to finance anything else.
Scheduling was easy and they came in full force to my house which made it go faster (still an all day job). The crew was friendly, polite, works very well with each other and respectful of my home inside and outside.
I will be call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

The ignitor coil of the water heater needed replacement to restore proper function. We contacted Rheem for the necessary part, which will arrive shortly. While on-site, we also performed comprehensive maintenance on the water heater, ensuring it runs efficiently and reliably.
I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided by Ivan Jr. and my fellow devil dog. They came out to repair my water heater and handled everything with top-tier professionalism, efficiency, and care.
From start to finish, they were courteous, clearly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. The repair was done quickly and cleanly, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

We installed a whole-house NOVO water filtration system along with an Aqua Flo Reverse Osmosis unit to ensure superior water quality. To address the high water pressure, we added a pressure-reducing valve, lowering it from 80 PSI to a safe and reliable level. In addition, we provided service for the HVAC system and resolved other plumbing concerns, ensuring the customer’s home systems were fully optimized.

It all started as a home warranty call to replace the master bathroom faucet cartridge. Since it was not covered by the home warranty, I worked with IGD on a fair cost for the service. The replacement cartridge from Home Depot created a water hammer issue where the valve would produce a double knock sound every time a faucet was opened and closed in the house. IGD came by with no charge twice and worked with me to figure out that it was the cartridge, and we finally replaced with a MOEN original cartridge causing the double knocking sound to disappear. Very professional team, a big thanks to Reshana and Nasco!

To ensure your HVAC system runs efficiently through the colder months, we began with a thorough inspection of the entire system. We checked air filters, tested thermostats, and performed furnace maintenance. Each electrical component was examined, and the blower assembly was cleaned for optimal performance. We also inspected ductwork, tested gas lines, and assessed the outdoor unit, providing personalized recommendations to enhance system reliability.
IGDP just solved a problem that has haunted me for some time. We get a significant number of power fluctuations and with the new smart HVAC system we were getting failures to start. IGDP figured out that we should add hard start units to our units. Well after 2 weeks now not a single problem and we would have had no less than 7 issue before. As I have said before, superior technical knowledge, fair pricing and complete satisfaction whenever I have had to call IGDP.

Tech was very good, didn't fix my leaking shower. It's seems that American Home Shield does not fix anything unless it was new. Worn out parts are not covered. I'm have second thoughts about keeping this expense. It might be cheaper just to do the repairs as they happen. Since this company will find some way of not paying for anything.
